JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Maryland—The USO and Joining Forces teamed for a star-studded comedy show to entertain military families on May 5 at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

The event – which marked both the USO’s 75th anniversary and the fifth anniversary of Joining Forces – featured President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, along with Joining Forces co-founders First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden. Former “Daily Show” host Jon Stewart was the emcee and former CBS “Late Show” host David Letterman made a special appearance. Comedians Jeffrey Ross, Judd Apatow, Mike Birbiglia, Kristen Schaal, Hasan Minhaj and John Mulaney also too the stage.
