The USO and Sony Pictures treated service members and military families to an early screening of “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” more than three weeks before the movie opened in theaters.

Hours before show time, moviegoers lined up around the theater on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii to see the movie, a standalone sequel to the 1995 film starring USO tour veteran Robin Williams.

In front of a packed house, “Jumanji” star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson introduced the movie and thanked troops and their families for the sacrifices they make for our country.

“I could not leave here until I said this to you guys,” said Johnson. “Thank you for all you do for me, my family and our great country. I love you and I thank you.”

You can send a message of support and thanks directly to service members via the USO’s Campaign to Connect. Your messages will appear on screens at USO locations around the world.
