Cast members from the CBS hit drama “NCIS” took part in a USO tour to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in California on Sept 30, 2017.
The 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing gave actors Sean Murray, Wilmer Valderrama, Brian Dietzen and Duane Henry an up close tour of Marine Corps aircraft and the cast members enjoyed lunch with active-duty service members. Later, the group hosted a private question-and-answer session and treated Marines and their families to a screening of “NCIS” a few days after the show’s 15th season premiere.
“Anytime someone who’s world-famous stops by and thinks your job is cool, I think that’s pretty awesome,” Marine 1st Lt. Bryan Bernreuther told CBS News 8 in San Diego.
“It educates you on what’s important,” Valderrama said, referring to his experience interacting with Marines on the USO tour. “And now more than ever, we have to remind ourselves that we’re all part of the same family and we’re all waving the same flag.”
