Possibly the FF-1089, look at the insignia on the hat of the gentlemen to her right.
If you zoom in on the hat it looks more like FF 1052 which would be the USS Knox. The sailors in the front row appear to be sitting in deck edge safety nets. The Knox had an aft flight deck, and the angles look good as compared to this…

I see USS-1054 on the mans hat which would be USS Gray and would put the time frame in the 60′s or early 70′s. I am gonna take a stab at this and say Nancy Sinatra!
